Rental Procedure

1. 1.Check the calendar linked above for availability. The minimum stay available at Palmanova Apartment is one week (seven consecutive nights).
   

2. 2.Send us an email (click “Contact Us” above, or send a message to info@palmasrentals.com) with the following information: name, contact information, date of desired arrival and departure, and any other questions or concerns you may have.
   

3. 3.When availability has been confirmed, you will be able to make a deposit (50% of total rental fee) to hold the reservation. This can be done via PayPal, credit or debit card (via PayPal- subject to a small fee), wire/bank/electronic funds transfer, cash, personal check or money order. ALL FUNDS MUST BE IN US DOLLARS.
   

4. 4.You will receive confirmation of your reservation hold via email once your deposit has been received and cleared. Depending on the form of payment you choose, the amount of time it takes to clear will vary. Personal checks are usually the slowest method.
   

5. 5.Once your reservation has been confirmed, you must pay the remainder of the rental fee and a $500 security deposit at least 14 days prior to arrival.
   

6. 6.Once final payment has been received, you will receive an email confirming receipt. You will also be emailed a packet with a map to the apartment, information on the apartment itself and operation of the appliances, and instructions on keys and codes for the resort and apartment.
   

7. 7.The security deposit will be returned within 14 days of checkout.
